Get more from your business

Where routine costs time,
there is potential.

Quotes sit unanswered. Data gets entered twice. Your team spends time searching, typing and chasing updates. How much capacity is tied up in these tasks — and what could AI take off your hands?

We visit your business, observe the day-to-day work and speak with key people. This reveals the processes where change could make the greatest difference.

Win back time
Identify the routines that consume capacity and where your team could be relieved.
See the potential in Swiss francs
We quantify the value of time, direct savings and potential additional revenue using transparent assumptions.
Know your next step
Receive clear priorities and, if required, an implementation blueprint for your existing systems.

Make decisions based on your own processes and figures.
The report and blueprint belong to you, even if you choose not to implement anything with us.

From bottleneck to solution

Clarity first.
Then invest with purpose.

Start with the Potential Scan. Each phase can be booked separately. The results guide your decision to investigate further or implement.

Phase 1

Potential Scan: identify the biggest opportunities

CHF 8’000 fixed fee1.5 days · 1 day on-site

From the first customer contact to a paid invoice: we observe, ask questions and identify the workflows with the greatest potential.

  • Potential report with three to five prioritised bottlenecks
  • Initial estimate of hours lost and annual potential
  • Recommendations on which processes merit deeper analysis

Your report is ready within five working days of the on-site visit.

Phase 2

Blueprint: turn potential into a plan

CHF 16’000 fixed fee3 days · 1 day on-site

We analyse up to three selected processes in detail: who does what, using which data and systems, and how much time does it take?

  • An outcome paper per process with current and future workflows
  • Solution design, technology, savings and additional revenue in Swiss francs
  • Effort, implementation sequence and the basis for a concrete proposal

The blueprint belongs to you. Any capable implementation partner can work with it.

Phase 3 · Optional

Implementation: bring the solution into daily operations

TailoredOptional · Scope depends on the process

We build the solution with your team, put it into daily operation and hand it over so your people can use and adapt it.

  • AI agents in HybriqsOS or a tailored solution for your systems
  • A trained team and an operational process
  • Operations, monitoring, maintenance and further development by AscendX

The technology follows your process. The terms are agreed before implementation.

A blueprint you can
put into action.

The scan prioritises your three to five biggest bottlenecks. In phase 2, we analyse up to three processes in depth. Each receives its own outcome paper:

  • What changes. Current and future workflows, including tasks, systems, data and responsibilities.
  • How the solution works. Suitable technology and the integrations your systems need.
  • What it means financially. Time saved, direct savings and potential additional revenue in Swiss francs.
  • How to start. Transparent assumptions, estimated effort and a sensible implementation sequence.

Your blueprint. Your choice of partner.
Any capable implementation partner can work with it. If you continue with us, it forms the basis of our proposal.

Does this sound like
your business?

Office, sales, service, trades or production: the analysis is relevant wherever repetitive tasks slow your team down.

  • Too much manual work. Information is retyped, searched for or transferred between systems.
  • Too little time for customers. Routine consumes capacity that is needed for sales and delivery.
  • Plenty of AI ideas. No clear priority. You want to know where investment could genuinely pay off.
  • Existing systems. Specific requirements. You need a solution that fits your business.

Your team’s experience stays in the business. AI should reduce typing, searching and follow-ups, creating more capacity. We assess processes, not people.

How we work together

You show us the daily reality.
We develop the plan.

The analysis and blueprint together take 4.5 working days: two at your premises, two and a half at ours. When booked together, you receive the complete outcome paper within approximately five weeks. The on-site days are spaced two to three weeks apart.

  1. Preparation

A short questionnaire and a 30-minute conversation provide context. We agree which workflows and people we will get to know.

    Your time: around 1 hour

  2. A day at your business

Discussions with you and three to five key people, observation at the workplace and a review of ERP, email, Excel and folders.

You: 2 hours · Team: 30–60 minutes each

  3. Report & joint decision

We structure the bottlenecks, estimate hours and potential, then prioritise. We review the report together. You decide whether and how to continue.

Follow-up analysis: no time required from you · Review: 1 hour

  4. Detailed analysis & solution design

For up to three processes, we collect data, volumes and time requirements. We then develop the solution, financial assessment and implementation plan at our offices.

You: 1 hour · Process owners: 1–2 hours each

  5. Handover & next steps

We present the blueprint and figures, giving you the basis for an informed decision: implement, wait or stop.

    Your time: 2 hours

A little preparation.
A focused start.

  • Schedule your key people. Choose a day when we can review the relevant workflows together.
  • Provide context. A short questionnaire and a 30-minute introductory discussion help us prepare efficiently.
  • Show us your figures and systems. Monthly volumes of quotes, orders and invoices are useful, together with access to ERP, email, Excel or folders.

No precise figures yet? We begin with joint estimates and examine the data more closely in phase 2.

Make the potential tangible

What better workflows
could achieve.

An illustrative business with 20 employees and annual revenue of around CHF 4 million shows where the financial potential could lie.

An illustrative calculation, not a promised result. Your blueprint uses your actual volumes, time requirements and margins.

Analysis, one-offPhase 1 + 2CHF 24’000CHF 24’000

Assumptions: fully loaded costs of CHF 75–85 per hour, order value of CHF 6’000, quote conversion of 30% rather than 25%, contribution margin of 35%. Early-payment discount: 2% on one third of CHF 1.5 million in purchasing volume.

The 1’180 hours freed up represent approximately 0.6 full-time positions. This time value does not automatically reduce payroll costs, and additional revenue is not the same as profit. Setup, licences, operations, retainers and revenue sharing have not yet been deducted. CHF 187’000 is a calculated impact before these costs, not guaranteed savings or a net return.

If you would like us to implement it

Phase 3 is quoted separately. The blueprint defines the processes, technology and sequence — using AI agents in HybriqsOS or a tailored solution for your systems.

  • Setup: a fixed fee per process.
  • Operations: a monthly retainer for monitoring, maintenance and adjustments.
  • Performance: 3–5% of demonstrably generated additional annual revenue, for as long as the process remains in use.

You retain all cost savings. The measurement basis and exact revenue-sharing percentage are documented in the blueprint.

In the model with CHF 234’000 in additional revenue, this would be around CHF 7’000–12’000 in annual performance fees, on top of setup and the retainer. Offer as of September 2026.

Frequently asked questions

For a prioritised overview, yes. For precise figures and a finished solution, no. In the Potential Scan, observation and discussions reveal the biggest bottlenecks. Phase 2 provides deeper analysis, more reliable figures and the solution design. The scan is a focused starting point, not a full audit of every company process.
