Yes. The call is for owners, managing directors and team leaders in established small and medium-sized businesses who want to improve their operations. Whether you work in services, trades, retail or manufacturing, the starting point is a recurring workflow that takes up time, adds costs or leaves revenue opportunities untapped. You do not need prior AI knowledge.
Examples include preparing and following up on quotes, responding to customer enquiries, processing orders, checking invoices or moving information between email, spreadsheets and your ERP system. Bring a workflow that is causing friction today. We look at the bottleneck and consider whether AI, automation or a simpler process change could help.
You describe the workflow and the outcome you want. We ask about frequency, time spent and the systems involved, then offer an initial view of a possible approach. You leave knowing whether further analysis could be useful and what it might involve. A reliable business case or a finished solution requires a more detailed assessment.
We distinguish between time saved, costs that can actually be avoided and potential additional revenue. Relevant inputs include the number of transactions, time spent per transaction and missed sales opportunities. Implementation, licences and ongoing running costs also belong in the calculation.
