About this workshop
From ambition to action.
Move from researching an idea to building a business. This intensive day takes you through validation, positioning, an MVP and a plan for your first customers. Each step is hands-on: you apply the frameworks in the room, with direct support from the AscendX founders. The aim is to leave with something you can launch and a process you can use again.
What we’ll do together.
01 / Ideation & validation
Use AI to generate and stress-test ideas, analyse real markets, identify gaps and assess competitors. Choose one concept based on demand and evidence, then define what you need to validate before building.
02 / Positioning & brand
Define who your business serves, what makes it different and why customers should care. Develop a business name, clear messaging, tone of voice and visual direction with AI.
03 / Build your MVP
Build a functional first version of your product or software, its website and a conversion funnel. Work with AI tools and practical frameworks to turn your concept into a product you can put in front of customers.
04 / Go-to-market & first customers
Create your launch plan, target audience, outreach sequences and customer messaging. Put your first lead-generation activities into practice and learn how to move from an interested prospect to a customer.

How to prepare.
No technical background is required. Bring an idea and a willingness to execute. If you do not have an idea yet, we will help you find a starting point.
