AscendX was built on a simple idea: the best businesses of the next decade will be built by small teams with AI, not large ones without it.
We know because we've been building companies for over a decade. And we're doing it right now with AI.
Our founding team has built, scaled, and exited multiple ventures across Switzerland and beyond. Across fundraising and exits, we've moved over CHF 20 million. We're not advisors. We're operators.
Today we apply that same builder DNA to a new era. We build fully operational companies from scratch, bring them to market through our yournicorn platform, and take acquired ventures to exit within 12 months. Everything runs on HybriqsOS, our own Agentic Business Operating System that replaces manual headcount with autonomous AI workforces.
Our AscendX Academy is the natural next step. After years of building and exiting companies using these exact methods, we're opening up the playbook. Not as theory. Not as consulting. As hands-on workshops where you build alongside the people who created the frameworks.
