About this Workshop

Most businesses run on people doing the same things over and over. Approvals, follow-ups, reporting, onboarding, support. It works until it doesn't. The moment you want to grow, every manual process becomes a bottleneck. At AscendX we built HybriqsOS to solve exactly that. It's our Agentic Business Operating System: a platform where business processes run as autonomous AI agents, 24/7, without manual intervention. This is not a generic workshop. We work exclusively with your company for two days. Day 1 we learn your business, map your processes, and identify exactly where autonomous AI can create the most impact. Day 2 we build it together. One real SOP from your business, deployed as a fully autonomous process inside HybriqsOS. Live, running, yours.

What We'll Do Together

Day 1 — Discovery & AI Enablement

Session 1 — How Agentic AI Systems Work

Your team will learn how autonomous AI processes are structured, how to think in agents and workflows, and what separates a great automation from a fragile one. We calibrate this session to your team's current AI knowledge level.

Session 2 — Mapping Your Business for Automation

Together we map your existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and select the highest-impact SOP to automate. You'll leave Day 1 with a clear blueprint of exactly what we're building tomorrow.

Day 2 — Build & Deploy

Session 3 — Building Your Autonomous Process in HybriqsOS

We open HybriqsOS and build your selected SOP from scratch as a fully autonomous agent. Your team works alongside us every step of the way: defining triggers, logic, data connections, and testing the flow in real time.

Session 4 — Deploy, Handover & Next Steps

Your process goes live. We walk your team through monitoring, handling edge cases, and how to build the next one independently. You leave with full ownership of what you built and a clear roadmap for what to automate next.
